I’m a lover of all things peanut butter and chocolate! I surprised my kids with this adorable star-shaped treat…
These Which Chocolate Peanut Butter Stars are perfect for any patriotic celebration! My kids LOVED the red stars the best! Sprinkles just make everything a little more exciting.
Starpack makes it so easy to make fun-shaped candy with their silicone candy molds. I bought a set of 3 and use them all the time for fun snacks or treats for the kids… You might remember the Peanut Butter Trees that I made for Christmas! If I’m honest, I have to admit that those were actually more for me than the kids!
These little things are addicting. After I ate several whole, I decided to just eat the bottoms with the chocolate and peanut butter and give the tops with the sprinkles to the kids! The sprinkles and white chocolate make it cute! The peanut butter just makes it SO delicious!!
All you have to do is melt the chocolate. Sprinkle some sprinkles in the bottom of your mold and then spoon a little chocolate on top. Shake it gently until the chocolate settles in the bottom! Don’t shake it too hard or you will lose all the sprinkles.
Make sure the chocolate thinly coats the sides and then place in the fridge to harden for about 5 minutes. While it’s hardening, all you gotta do is throw three ingredients into a food processor and mix well! Pull out your molds and press into the molds until it just barely fills it up. Spread a little more melted chocolate over the top and then let set up for several hours in the freezer.
- 4 oz white chocolate
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
- Sprinkles (red, white and blue)
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Sprinkle some sprinkles in the bottom of your mold and then spoon chocolate on top. Shake it gently until the chocolate settles in the bottom! Don't shake it too hard or you will lose all the sprinkles.
- Thinly coat the sides of your stars with white chocolate and then place in the fridge to harden for about 5 minutes. While it's hardening, throw peanut butter, graham crackers and powdered sugar into a food processor and mix well! Pull out your molds and press into the molds until it just barely fills it up.
- Spread a little more melted chocolate over the top and then let set up for several hours in the freezer.
I hope these light up your world as much as they do mine!! You better believe I’ve got some more peanut butter treats that you need to check out!
