I love fresh pineapple. It was one of my favorite fruits growing up and I would always choose pineapple for special dinners!
Grilled pineapple is one of my husband’s favorite treats in the summer.
But we also use frozen pineapple all the time for our green smoothies and desserts, too!
Usually when it comes to dessert, I will always go for something chocolate. But my husband loves sweet and tart! So we came up with this sweet, satisfying dessert this Summer to satisfy the sweet tooth. It is great because it has only 2 ingredients and no sugar. It comes together in just a couple of minutes.
Plus, pineapple is perfect for the Summer.
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- Blend yogurt and frozen pineapple until smooth! Eat immediately or set it in the freezer so it doesn't melt!
This delicious treat was so refreshing and my husband couldn’t get enough… Win!
