Father’s Day is coming up. Anybody feeling the pressure? I think I put too much pressure on myself sometimes. I am usually pretty good at thinking of something special and meaningful to get my husband, but this Father’s Day I was overwhelmed by the vast number of projects out there. Then one day, about a week ago, we came home and one of the the kids was playing in Scott’s shoes. Scott thought it was super cute and kept asking if I saw what the kids were doing. I guess he didn’t realize that the kids play in his shoes all the time.
Since he thought it was so cute… I thought, why don’t I make something for him to remember this cute moment by?
I began looking for ideas for something that he could take to his new office that would include the kids wearing daddy’s shoes and a cute little poem to go with it. I didn’t find anything that was exactly my style, so I came up with my own design. If you’re looking for something simple, bright and very special. You’ve come to the right place.
All you need for this project is a couple pictures of your children, wearing daddy’s shoes. A picture frame (any kind will do, but a collage frame or a simple glass one like mine works best). And an “In my daddy’s shoes” printable. These printables are designed to be 4X6.

So cute! That’s perfect that he thought it was cute and now he’ll be able to remember it whenever he looks at the pictures! It’s so fun involving the kids with things for Father’s Day!
