Delicious creamy guacamole is one of my favorite things! It’s a great healthy snack paired with veggies and the perfect addition to wraps, sandwiches, rice bowls, soups, salads, etc. you can use it in so many different dishes!
My kids love avocados plain and they love guacamole even more. A little guacamole goes a long way for getting them to eat healthy… And I keep praying that the good fat in these avocados will somehow help my little girl get a little fat on her petite little body!
After having a big chunky baby like Jemison I’m starting to realize even more how tiny Lanae is! Oh man do I love that girl. I love knowing that I’m doing something good for them when I feed them healthy foods like veggies, crackers and guacamole.
One thing about homemade guacamole is that it can brown really easy. I add sour cream and lemon juice and it seems to help it last a little longer! Mmmm.
