I am all about hot breakfasts – today we’re sharing the ultimate breakfast sandwich with Rhodes Warm-N-Serve rolls. This is a yummy breakfast you’ll want to tune in for!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but lately I have been feeling so unmotivated to make something for myself in the morning which is not the best habit to get into. So I started brainstorming a delicious breakfast and I was reminded of one of my favorite breakfasts – avocado toast. Then I came across these rolls (they’re new) and the wheels started turning. We are big fans of Rhodes and I love how these Warm-N-Serve rolls make it easy to have fresh rolls with a crispy outside and light fluffy inside in just 10 minutes.
I’m already imagining up a couple more delicious meals to make… but back to breakfast. Oh yum!! Bacon, cheese, avocado spread and fried eggs are the delicious components in these breakfast sandwiches!
First step – prep your ingredients! Place the bacon on a baking sheet and bake it at 400 for 15 minutes, throw together the avocado spread, cut the tomatoes, slice the cheese, and get the eggs out. Once the bacon is ready, decrease the oven temp to 350 and toss the rolls in to bake for 8-10 minutes. While the rolls are baking, fry up a few eggs.
Now its time to assemble the ultimate sandwich. Cut the rolls in half and layer all the ingredients on starting with avocado spread. Top it off with a fried egg and the top of the roll and voila – a scrumptious breakfast sandwich.
My kids love it when I make special breakfasts like this because it gives them a break from cereal… which they love, but they also love the variety!
