We love tacos!!! Have you heard that before? I think I mentioned it when I shared this delicious Avocado Cilantro and Lime Dressing that I dreamed up for Lanae’s birthday dinner. I may have also mentioned it when I made these Greek Tacos.
Tacos are super easy and usually fairly healthy, too! Especially when you make it into a taco salad. However, sometimes you need to indulge a bit. Enter fried bread….
These Navajo Tacos are incredible!! Grab the recipe here.
On a special occasion, I love to make fried bread or scones for Navajo Tacos! I’m sharing this recipe with step by step instructions, plus a fun twist on the Navajo Taco for kids on the Rhodes Kid’s Blog. Head on over and check it out!
I love having the opportunity to make dinner fun every once in a while… Letting them occasionally play with their food makes it a special treat. It creates a sense of independence and total excitement!
I can’t even believe how cute and old my kids are getting!!
But for real, this dinner is amazing, with all the right textures and flavors… And did I mention the fried bread?? Your family will thank you!
