Chicken Tikka Masala holds a special place in my heart! My husband actually introduced me to Indian for the first time on our first date!
We ate at an incredible Indian restaurant. We ordered two dishes and shared! I loved that on a first date he was willing to share his food with me. I knew he was a keeper right then…
Indian food was very unique. I’d never really had the flavor combinations before and I immediately fell in love.
I searched for the perfect copycat recipe and tried out a couple.
Finally I found one I loved and that reminded me of our very first date. After some tweaking, I feel like it’s practically perfect!
I hope you love it, too!

This is my favorite Indian dish and I have all the ingredients. Instead of grilling the chicken can I broil it? Thank you for this wonderful recipe

You can cook the chicken however you like… You just want to make sure that it is fully cooked before you add it to the sauce! Hope you enjoy it!
